Ordering welcome packages

This page is intended for managers and HR professionals involved in onboarding new colleagues. The welcome packages offer inspiration and practical options to support a warm, sustainable introduction to TU/e, while leaving room for local choices and personal touches.

Ordering and budgeting are the responsibility of each department or service unit:

• The products should preferably be ordered through the Unigear webshop in Proactis. This way, a PO will be created and the invoice will be sent to TU/e.
• If you order directly from Unigear’s external webshop, you will have to pay for the products yourself and you may submit an expense claim afterwards if TU/e reimburses the order.

Based on ordering experiences in 2025-2026, the basic onboarding package has proven to be the most popular choice, and the available options have been refined accordingly.

Would you like to add items, swap products, or customize a package to better suit your team or context? Flexibility is absolutely possible. Simply contact Unigear to discuss your wishes. Most requests can be explored and, in many cases, arranged in a way that aligns with both sustainability and branding.
